This 3 bedroom new build with a separate basement rental unit is located just outside of Toronto. The architecture firm came to me to do preliminary renders of the exterior of the house to win the project from the client. We had to explore a few different options for exterior cladding so the client could choose which option they would like to go with in order for the firm to win the project bid.
