Chichi East is an up and coming neighborhood just east of downtown Toronto. Rising out of the aftermath of the 2015 Pan Am games. Chichi East finds itself nestled between Toronto’s preserved and restored historical Distillery District and Canary District, which sits just west of the Don River.
During our strategy session, we identified the type of person that would want to live in Chichi East. Our user profile suggested that young professionals, with no dependant children, who work in the downtown core and who enjoy the night life and restaurants the neighborhood has to offer, to be our target market. We developed a brand that is geared towards that desired customer.
Since out users are very present on social media, we knew it would be a better idea for our client to forego building a show room and model suit and redirect that budget into social media marketing and building a website that could better solve their customers pain points regarding the purchase of a condo.
